By creating an account or using InterviewDrill.io, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms periodically — continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
InterviewDrill is available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. The platform is intended for personal interview preparation and is not to be used for commercial resale or redistribution.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at help@interviewdrill.io if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Session credits purchased as a pack do not expire. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. We offer a full refund on your first session if you are not satisfied — contact us within 24 hours of your first session at help@interviewdrill.io.
5. AI-Generated Content
Interview questions, feedback, and evaluations are generated by artificial intelligence. They are designed to be educational and to simulate realistic interview scenarios. They do not constitute professional career advice. Scores are approximations and should not be treated as guarantees of performance in actual interviews.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract question banks or AI outputs for commercial purposes; use the platform to cheat in actual interviews by livestreaming or recording AI responses; or attempt to circumvent authentication or payment systems.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content — including the question bank, AI personas, UI design, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of InterviewDrill.io. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
InterviewDrill is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
